Lawyer from the Universidad de los Andes (2002), Master in Public Law and Labor Law Diplomat from the same University. Professor at the Faculties of Law and Service Administration, as well as in the Diploma and Master’s program in Labor Law at the Universidad de los Andes. He has been invited professor in courses at the University of Chile and Adolfo Ibáñez, also participating as a speaker in seminars regarding his specialty.

Mr. Varela is a partner and leads the Firm’s Labor and Social Security Law area, and has a vast experience in union and collective bargaining affairs, advising companies in Labor Law and as a litigator in labor matters.
